What is the length of each class?

Each class is 45 minutes in length.

What age does your program start?

Our classes start at 18 months old.

What is the oldest age a child can be for your program?

Age 10.

What should members wear to class?

Each level requires the KidsUnited uniform including our short sleeve jersey, shorts and socks.

What should members bring to class?

Members should bring water as well as their Workbook to each class.

How many weeks are each session?

We don't run our programs in sessions, they run all year long.

How many participants are in each class?

Up to 12 participants in each class with the exception of the KidsUnited KUB parent and me program.

Do you offer 1:1 private classes?

At this time we do not offer private classes.

What is your make-up class policy?

If for any reason you may not be able to make a class in a given week, please contact the club to schedule a makeup (based on availability). There is also a limit to makeup classes in a calendar year (please contact your individual club for further details).

How would I know if a class is cancelled due to inclement weather?

The club will notify members via text message. Any cancellations will also be posted on all social media outlets including Facebook and Instagram.

How do I know if your facility is closed due to a holiday?

You will be notified via text the month as well as the week prior to a holiday closure. Also, please be sure to check Facebook and Instagram.

What form of payment is accepted?

Any major credit cards and cash. Personal checks will not be accepted.

Do parents have to stay for class?

Yes, parents should always be present in the building.

Can my membership be paused?

Yes, we offer paused memberships for a maximum of 2 months per calendar year. Please check with your local club for freeze fees.

How do I cancel my membership?

All cancellations MUST be completed 30 days prior to cancellation date in person. We require you to fill out a cancellation form.

Do you offer outdoor classes?

All classes are indoors. At select clubs, the travel team will play their games outdoors.

Do you offer only monthly subscriptions?

No, we also offer 3 month and annual subscriptions.

Are your classes inclusive for children with special needs?

Yes! We do recommend coming in for a FREE trial to see if it is right for your child.

Which classes have monthly indoor scrimmages?

Drills to Skills Pro, Tekkers and IQ Soccer classes are rotated weekly. Scrimmages take place on the weekend.
